The Fast and The Furious is being around 21 years, were Dom Toretto and his team went from car racers to action heroes. If you area a big fan of this franchise, you already know that we watched the saga's chapters by release order. Even tho now we realised that there is a correct chronological order to watch them. Chronological order is the form of organization that obeys the logical succession of seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years to give order and continuation to the plot.
Vin Diesel's Fast X (part one) is in the making and planning to be release to the public on May 19, 2023, expecting to release the last installment Fast X (part two), in May 2024. But the whole franchise already made ten Fast and Furious movies plus two official short "Fast" films bringing the big total to 12 films that should be watch in this order:
1) The Fast and the Furious - Opening Scene (2001)
2) 2 Fast 2 Furious Turbo Charged Prelude
As the title suggests, the short is a prelude to "2 Fast 2 Furious" which shows how Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker) winds up in Miami in the second film. He drives cross country making cash by street racing while evading cops after letting Dominic go at the end of "The Fast and the Furious."
3) 2 Fast 2 Furious Film Opening Scene (2003)
4) Los Bandoleros - Full Movie (2009)
"Los Bandoleros" Spanish for "The Outlaws," "Los Bandoleros" was written and directed by Vin Diesel himself. It's a precursor to the fourth "Fast and Furious" film and sets up the oil heist at the film's start. The 20-minute prologue feels like two mini episodes. The first half shows Dom hiding out with family in the Dominican Republic while Han (Sung Kang), from "Tokyo Drift," arrives and notes that he's never been to Japan at that point. "Los Bandoleros" came as a bonus on the Blu-ray and special edition DVD of 2009's "Fast and the Furious.
