Vin Diesel recently announced on social media that Fast X "Part 2" is set to hit theaters on April 4, 2025. Though this may seem like a distant future, it is only 22 months away as per Vin Diesel's post. However, given the history of the franchise, it is common for the release date to be moved around by Universal, like it happened in previous Fast's releases.
The following is Vin Diesel's post to Instagram updating his fanbase on the release day and confirming that it is not feud with Jason Momoa.
"April 4th 2025… is less than 22 months away.
I love how expressive and collaborative all of the actors in our franchise feel coming into the World’s Saga. Jason wanted to try something totally unique and special and ended up creating a scene stealing character that the world won’t forget. Thank you all for showing up like you always do…. 7 billion means nothing if it doesn’t represent the true feeling of family and loyalty.
For those who didn’t know the FastX was just part one, know that part two is going to be an effort from our fast family and studio like you have never seen.

While details about the plot of Fast X Part 2 are scarce, it is confirmed that Dwayne Johnson and Gal Gadot will reprise their roles and play a significant part in the upcoming film. Fast X director Louis Leterrier is set to direct the movie. During Fast X's red-carpet premiere in Rome, Vin Diesel's announcement that "Fast X" is now a trilogy. Vin Diesel fans demand Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone’s feature in Fast and Furious
Fans of American actor, Vin Diesel, have demanded that Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone be featured in the next Fast and Furious films.
Recall that Deepika and Vin Diesel collaborated in 2017 action thriller xXx: Return of Xander Cage.
Deepika is one of the leading actresses in the industry. Back in 2017, she made her Hollywood debut with the action thriller xXx: Return of Xander Cage. Now it seems her co-star Vin Diesel remembers the actress.
Diesel took to Instagram on Saturday to share a picture from their movie.
