As we all know, Fast and Furious was born inspired by a newspaper article about illegal car racing, a movie where cars and speed were the protagonists. Today, 23 years later, it is one of the most successful film franchises and it is about to release its tenth installment, which, divided into two parts, plans to be the end of the much-loved saga.
Needless to say, during these past 23 years, this street racing' story has also become part of many fans, daily conversations, for example when we repeat Dom Toretto's or Brian O'Connors phrases, or when we imitated wearing the clothes or hairstyles used by the actors in the latest chapter, or when in other films or TV shows mention Fast and Furious in their comments.
And of course, another example would be when we go out to buy a new car and we come back home driving one of the cars we saw in the last saga's film because each one of the 10 franchise installments is being a showcase to display the most iconic cars available at the moment the film was made. So, it would be correct to recognize Fast and Furious also as an influencer in our daily lives.
With that said, let's preside over the list of the cars that Fast X used in the first official trailer release last month. The four minutes trailer features a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat, Chevrolet Chevelle SS, Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce, Lamborghini Gallardo, Porsche 997 911 GT3 RS, a fleet of BMW E34s, Dom's Dodge Charger R/T,

Directed by French film-maker Louis Leterrier (The Transporter, Transporter 2, The Incredible Hulk), the Fast X trailer is a great example of his detail oriented extraordinary dynamic work behind the cameras. The eight car models above are the ones feature in the trailer but we had seeing various other cars spied behind camera back in June and October 2022, many of them posted by Vin Diesel's groups and pages to social media.
Fast X director Louis Leterrier described how much he had to convince Vin Diesel he was the right person to take over following Justin Lin's departure. Speaking with Total Film, Leterrier, who replaced Lin as the director of the latest Fast & Furious movie in May 2022, had little time to prepare himself for leading the production. Thankfully, his knowledge and appreciation for the popular franchise quickly helped him to settle, winning Diesel's approval along the way. With that said, Leterrier admitted the process hasn't been easy. "I had to change everything. I had to make it work," he said, "I don’t sleep! There’s so much to do. [But] it’s been the thrill ride of a lifetime."

Re-poste from Vin Diesel
"Toretto Tuesday…
May 19th is getting closer.
All love, Always…"
LOS ANGELES – Vin Diesel did not come alone to the "Fast X" trailer takeover party at L.A. Live Thursday. He brought family. "Fast & Furious" mainstays Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Sung Kang were on hand to show off the four-minute trailer for the first time. "Fast X," released May 19, is the tenth film in the super franchise that has made $5 billion in worldwide box office. Diesel, 55, was alone on the stage when it came time to roll the trailer after the audience had chanted "Diesel!" (a chant the never-bashful actor started himself). "Guys, I can't tell you how good it feels after 23 years to be here tonight to unveil the trailer," said Diesel. "The Super Bowl will see one minute of this trailer. You are going to see four minutes."
