Vin Diesel's Fast X took the worldwide fans' base by surprise, not only with Jason Momoa as Dante Reyes with his Machiavellian interpretation but also with Alan Ritchson impecable interpretation of Agent Aimes.
Alan Ritchson plays Agent Aimes in Fast X, the new Agency Director, replacing Mr. Nobody that still missing. We don't know yet how Agent Aimes was able to escalate to a position that high inside the agency when according to Mr. Nobody, Steve Eastwood was the second on command. But flashbacks to the events of Fast Five indicate that Aimes as part of Dante Reyes team was around for Dom and team 's big heist.
I must admit that after watching Fast X, and seeing Alan Ritchson and his impecable interpretation of Agent Aimes he became my favorite newcomer to the franchise. And let me explain why, despite Jason Momoa's fenomenal Dante Reyes, Alan Ritchson stole the show since the first moment when from his privileged position in the agency he explained to Agent Tess his point of view on Dom and his team background history. Additionally, the mission Dom's family embarks on in Rome is also evidently the work of Aimes, with the goal being to manipulate them into being framed for a terrorist act in bad shape with worldwide attention on them.
In a little over two hours of film, we could see an angry and despicable agency director, who changes to becomes Dom Toretto ally to help him to stop Dante. And later to be the traitor who directs Dom towards the trap in the water dam where Dante Reyes was waiting for him prepared to put the final addition to his Machiavellian plan.
As I just said, I am totally impressed with Alan Ritchson's interpretation of his character Agent Aimes. If you haven't gone to see Fast X yet, don't think twice and go watch this epic action masterpiece as soon as possible.
